We collect only what we need to respond to you and to understand how the site is used:

We process your data with your consent (when you submit the form or email us), to take steps before a possible contract with you, based on our legitimate interest in operating, measuring and protecting the site, or when the law requires it. You can withdraw your consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before.
We use Google Analytics 4 to get aggregate usage statistics. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (such as _ga) that identify your browser pseudonymously. According to Google, Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. When we measure ad campaigns, we may also use Google Tag Manager and Google Ads conversion tags.
We don’t use cookies to sell you third-party advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout). The site works the same without them.
We don’t sell or rent your personal data. We only share it with:
We operate from the United States and Costa Rica, and some of our providers process data in other countries. When your data leaves your country, we require those providers to apply appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses or other mechanisms recognized by applicable law.
We keep contact data for as long as we need it to handle your request. If no business relationship follows, we delete or anonymize it within 24 months of our last contact. If you become a client, we keep it for the duration of the relationship and as long as legal, tax or contractual obligations require. Google Analytics data is kept for the retention period configured in the tool and then deleted automatically.
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data: the site is served only over HTTPS, access to information is limited to the people who need it, and we work with providers that meet recognized security standards. No system is infallible; if an incident affects your data, we will notify you as required by law.
Depending on where you live — for example, in Costa Rica under Law 8968 on the Protection of Individuals Regarding the Processing of Personal Data, in the European Union under the GDPR, or in U.S. states with privacy laws — you may have the right to:

If you believe we didn’t handle your request properly, you can file a complaint with the data protection authority in your country; in Costa Rica, the Agencia de Protección de Datos de los Habitantes (PRODHAB).
This site is aimed at businesses and professionals. We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 18; if you believe a minor has sent us their data, email us and we’ll delete it.
The site links to our LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook profiles and to other external sites. Those services have their own privacy policies, and we’re not responsible for how they handle your data.
We may update this policy when our practices or the law change. We’ll post the new version on this page with its update date and, if the change is significant, we’ll flag it prominently.
